3. Return Procedure:
– Once your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization code and further instructions.
– Please pack the garment securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent any damage during transit.
– Include the return authorization code and a copy of the original invoice inside the package.
– Ship the package back to us using a reliable courier service with a tracking facility. The return shipping costs will be borne by you.

4. Inspection and Refund Process:
– Upon receiving the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
– If the product passes the inspection, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days.
– The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Refund Options:
– If you paid for your order using a credit or debit card, the refund will be processed back to the same card.
